I'm totally loving living on East Kirby! The house is officially called the Honey Hive.
Me and Jas did a little cleaning yesterday it was nice. She cleaned off the lawn chairs while I swept the deck. And she started our project of repainting them! We're two Busy Bs. Bzzz, bzzz!
There are still a few bits and pieces I need to get before I'll feel like my room is done. I have curtains, but I want some type of blinds - probably just paper shades. I also need a mirror. We've only got one mirror in the house (in the bathroom) and its ridiculous! We need a proper full length mirror. Also...I left nearly my entire shoe collection at my parents house. Actually, I left a lot of stuff at my parents house. I need to remedy this. I need my books.
Speaking of books, Mike F. officially moved in and with him came a staggering NINE long boxes of comics. I'm very excited to get acquainted with them. There was no good place to put them so we ended up filling our front room closet with long boxes - its kind of sad because now we have no place to put coats, but I'm sure we'll think of something. I snagged one box already, I'm going to start with D. D is for Daredevil with whom I'm in love.
Speaking of reading comics, I've also downloaded Alias. I'm very excited.
Kirby Street movie tonight! There's a little park about a stones throw away from my house and they apparently set up a projector and play movies during the summer. It starts tonight with a viewing of E.T. and some moving called How To Draw The Bunny(?), I think. I never heard of it. It should be fun!
